Its purpose was to be worn around the neck and on the front chest for easier access to the pouch's contents. Constructed from a rare dark blue web material and light brown leather fittings. Mint unissued condition. A rarer and very desirable piece of specialized field equipment missing from most collections. Rarer offering.
