A choice MP38/40 late-war example ammunition pouch set. Manufactured by in a typical olive green colored fabric with natural brown leather closure straps. Stitching on the pouches remains tight, all intact with no rips, tears or stains. Reverse is complete with all Y-strap and belt loops in place. The set is nicely and clearly ink stamped with the weapons designation along the top « MP.38u.40 » and the matching maker and date on each lower left side « gfg1943 ». An excellent mid-war set in mint unissued condition. Choice.
