A great honest and truly matching pair of MP38/40 pouches. Manufactured from an early blue canvas material and blackened leather. This is of the early standardized and first mass produced pairs to be issued. Overall in nice gently used condition. The set is maker marked and dated « bdr41/42 » (Richard Ehrhardt, Lederwarenfabrik, Poessneck, Thuringia). All belt loops, closures and hooks are complete and fully functional. A very nice and hard to find true matching set of early pouches.
