Description
This is a nice early USM1 fixed bale battle damaged helmet with lot number « 311A ». The side of the helmet features a bullet damage. The helmet's exterior retains over 90% of the green textured factory finish. The helmet retains its factory applied web chin straps with early cast brass buckle. The helmet comes with a low pressure liner manufactured by « Saint Clair » in excellent and complete condition, also damaged with the bullet. The liner's exterior retains over 95% of the smooth factory paint. The inside is yellow ink stamped with the maker's initials « SC ». It comes with its rare non-removable leather chinstrap. An excellent early USM1 battle damaged combat helmet.
