French camouflaged trench periscope cased set
Description
A pair of period French camouflaged trench periscope optics in their leather case. Factory manufactured example and featuring period applied camouflage finish. In the colors of dark brown, apple green and dark yellow. Wooden handle in place and fully functional. Optics are reminiscent of the style that was used during the First World War. The optics are clear and graduated. Manufactured up until the Invasion of France. They were used by the German Wehrmacht. Leather case is in excellent condition with the closure strap fully working. A scarce piece of combat optics used during the Second World War.
