German armoured vehicle / tanks morse code telegraph key, « tkp 1944 »
Description
A German late-war morse code telegrapher signal key. This model was issued for the radios of the armoured vehicles and tanks « Panzer ». Made from a nice light brown period bakelite. Waffenamt in ink along the top interior with the ejection mold markings and dated « 1944 ». The reverse is marked with the designation code « TKP ». Electric cable is complete and in excellent pliable condition. Retains its original socket plugs. There is a female snap button underneath that was used to fix it to the table or equipment to avoid movements. A harder to find piece of radio equipment.
