Description
A German Luftwaffe issued fighting knife, « Nahkampfmesser ». In overall very nice used condition and complete with sheath. Wood handle retains factory grip groves. The handle is riveted in place in two sections. Blade is in good condition with evidence of use. The sheath and attachment clip retain 95% of their factory applied black finish. Sheath is made from formed sheet metal and retains its large attachment clip. A rare issued and elusive fighting knife that never comes to market.
