German MG34/42 ammunitions case, « 1942 »
Description
A superb German mid-war factory produced example of a MG34/42 ammunition case. Manufactured from a sturdy sheet metal steel. The ammo case is stamped only with the date of production « 1942 » and Waffenamt in the classic position under the handle. The ammo case has received a factory green paint coating that rates in at over 99%. A very light amount of wear from storage to include some paint loss along the bottom. Case is complete with natural brown leather tabs on all the handles. This is a very desirable ammunitions case for any equipment or weapons collector.
