Rare early MKB42 ammunition carry pouch. Right side example. This mid-war pouch exhibits common features as a factory produced example. Green web canvas material construction. Nice brown leather straps, securing straps and belt loops present. Complete and factory sewn. The pouch shows combat and field use. Slight staining, wear and rust spots are present. overall in very nice condition. Leather loader pouch is present and complete. Reverse shows both belt leather loops in place. Faint markings are present that denote « MKB42 » and the maker « jsd 43 ». The pouch shows a web connecting loop present and complete with its metal hardware. D-loop was never present on this example. Overall a difficult variation to find. Rare and choice item for any weapons or field gear collector.
