A superb German gas mask canister set that has been camouflage in a three-tone spray finish. In overall choice condition with a slight amount of combat wear. The canister shows minor chips, nicks and scrapes. It retains over 95% of its original spray camouflage finish. Featuring rarer colors to include tan, brown and green. The colors remain vibrant and contrasting and featuring a hand painted « 4 ». Named on the canister and gas mask itself. The spare lenses lid is dated « 1938 » and retains the paper label with the soldier's rank and name « Uffz. Drexel ». A superb and hard to find camouflage canister.
