German winter white coat, « sheepskin »

A period German issued winter coat. Made from warm sheepskin leather. Classic period design to include wooden toggles for closures. In overall very good condition with light period wear and good wearable condition. Sized in a modern day large. Interior is properly ink stamped with maker, size and « RBNr. 1/1001/0207 ». One of the harder and more desirable examples commonly seen during the winter campaigns of the East.
