Heer M43 tropical combat service tunic, « 3rd pattern »
Description
A Heer M43 tropical combat service tunic. Late-war example manufactured from an olive green « HBT » material. This is a 3rd model and features both « BeVo » breast and collar tabs. Both are machine zig-zag stitched directly on the tunic. Overall the tunic shows some light wear and probably was issued for a very short amount of time. All metal pebble dish buttons are complete and attached via « S » hooks. Moderate to light wear along the finish of the buttons. Interior is classic design with various shades of cotton linen lining. Grey-web material belt support hooks present. Classic ink stamps in black ink for size and year of manufactured « 44 ». Sized in a modern day medium to large. Tunic would fit a modern day mannequin with ease. A good example and one that would look great with equipment and headgear on display.
