A period factory produced tropical German Heer issued combat belt buckle. Steel construction and factory painted in a green color. Features the dark green web tab. Factory stitching is in a light brown and green underlay. Maker marked and dated « H.A. 41 » for « Aurich ». It is in overall mint unissued condition and retaining 98% of its factory paint. A very desirable and choice buckle.
