Hitler Youth knife, « FRANZ STEINHOFF »

A very nice and rare example of a Hitler Youth / HJ knife. This would of been issued to the boys enrolled. In overall very good condition. The blade is nicely maker marked « FRANZ STEINHOFF SOLINGEN WALD » and on the other side engraved with the motto « Blut und Ehre! ». Buffer pad is in place. The blade has been slightly sharpened. Plastic handle is complete with no cracks. Sheath is in excellent condition, retaining well over 95% of the black factory paint. Leather fastening and belt attachment loop is in very nice condition. A very nice knife which are highly collectible in todays market.
