Late-war German issued « low-neck » sweater
Description
A late-war German issued low-neck sweater. A rather scarcer example manufactured from two separate hues of corse wool blend. The sweater features a two button opening along the front and retains its natural horn buttons still factory sewn. Some storage wear evenly spread throughout the sweater but in excellent shape with no rips, tears or repairs. Small size (1). Most of these were used up rather quickly following the wars end. A scarcer and more desirable example that would be displayed nicely under a combat tunic or winter parka for example.
