Description

Very nice M38 German paratrooper « Fallschirmjäger » helmet, late-war construction. The helmet is a « ckl71 » with a lot number « 4081 », it retains over 98% of the green factory paint. The helmet was assembled at the factory using earlier components, such as the first type of bolts. The late war liner is in excellent shape and still in very supple condition. It is properly stamped with sizes and RBNr. The chinstraps are incomplete but in very good and supple condition. The helmet is in overall very good condition, it was found in a house in the town of Spa, Belgium in the 2000s.
