Description

Superb M38 German paratrooper « Fallschirmjäger » helmet, late-war construction. The helmet is a « ckl68 » with a lot number « 4189 », it retains over 98% of the green factory paint. The helmet was assembled at the factory using earlier components, such as the first type of bolts. The early liner is in excellent shape and still in very supple condition featuring an aluminum band. It is properly stamped with sizes and maker’s details. The chinstraps are complete and in perfect condition, the snap is marked « PRYM4 ». The helmet is in excellent condition, probably never worn.
