Description

A nice M1938 German paratrooper Fallschirmjäger combat helmet. Late-war construction. The helmet is a « ET71 » with a lot number of « 4224 ». The helmet's exterior is in untouched condition. Some oxidation and paint loss is present yet remaining as-found. The factory paint can be seen and rates in over 65%. Bolts are mixed and remain untouched and unplayed with. No decal is present. The liner is complete and untouched yet in its same matching as-found state. Chinstraps are present and pliable and show some minor oxidation. Leather liner is complete and nicely still marked. Some separation along the middle. Debri is present but overall in nice shape. A very nice and true untouched example of a German paratrooper combat helmet.
