Late-war MG34/42 ammo box
Description
MG34/42 ammo box. A very nice late war produced example circa 1944. Showing a vast majority of factory tan paint. Dirty and in an untouched state of preservation. Nicely scratched along the one side with « 6. Gruppe », maker marked along the top « brc ». Interior is greased and dirty, retains its original rubber seal. The « P » painted in black on the cover means that there is one « Petroleum » tin stored in the box. There is an other marking in white paint « 1•2 » on the opposite side. Was recently found in Normandy.
