Description
A superb Luftwaffe tropical overseas cap for enlisted man or noncommissioned officer. Made from a nice quality tan lightweight material body. Insignia is nicely factory hand applied. Eagle and cockade are properly backed in the same base color as the cap itself. Stitching and the main details of the cap are of fine quality. The interior is lined in a tan linen cotton. The maker of this cap is the well known firm of « BEROLINA », a prolific maker during the war. Nicely stamped in the interior in a light black ink and dated « 1942 ». The cap size is nicely hand written in a blue « 57 ». Textbook piece in choice unissued condition.
