M32 Czechoslovakian police combat helmet, « untouched /as-found »
Description
A period Czechoslovakian factory produced « vz.32 » combat helmet. Period wartime German Police repurposed example. Exterior retains a very nice early apple green finish of an early vintage. The exterior is in rather very nice lightly used condition with a minimal amount of scuffs and scrapes. Period applied decals featuring a set of Police decals and rating in at 95% and 55% respectively. Very nice crazing on the borderless Police decal is evident. Interior is rather complete. All five leather helmet pads are present and still tightly riveted to the helmet. Chinstrap in leather is also complete. Drawstring is absent. Profusely marked with the designation model, « P » for Police reissue. Acceptance dome stamp is also present and a nicely inscribed name in script along the back of the helmet is also present. Dated « 1938 ». A rather nice and rarer to find combat helmet. Very interesting example.
