M35 Heer reissue combat helmet, « SE66 »
Description
A very nice M1935 Heer reissue combat helmet. The helmet is a « SE66 » with an unreadable lot number. The helmet's high condition exterior retains a classic matte feldgrau dark green finish with a slight textured feel. Paint rates in over 96% with the some storage wear and handling marks. Split pins are complete, tightly secured and retain their full painted finish. The interior of the helmet matches the exterior. In overall excellent condition to include the light brown leather liner. Complete with ink stamp « 59 » along one of the tongues. Drawstring and leather chinstrap are present, it is marked and dated « 41 ». Overall a high condition and desirable classic Heer combat helmet.
