Description

A very nice M1935 Heer German camouflage combat helmet. The helmet is an « ET64 » with a lot number of « 4536 ». The helmet's exterior features a classic sawdust feldgrau paint camouflage finish. The application of tan and green camouflage wide strips added over give this helmet a very nice look. Classic wear to include scuffs, scrapes and some paint loss. Split pins remain intact and complete yet still retains their finish. The helmet's interior is complete. Early leather liner shows combat use and wear. Drawstring and full leather chinstrap are present. Factory apple green paint can be seen around the skirt and interior in general. Early aluminum liner band is present and shows some light accumulation over the decades. Overall a really nice and pleasing early German camouflage combat helmet.
