M35 Luftwaffe double decal combat helmet, untouched / as-found, « Q64 »
Description
A very nice M1935 Luftwaffe double decal combat helmet. The helmet is a « Q64 » with a lot number of « 4689 ». The helmet’s exterior features a very nice untouched and as-found appearance. Minor oxidation, scuffs and scrapes is present. Both decals are present as well and show some nice age toning over the decades of storage. Rating in at over 93% each. Split-pins intact, tightly attached and retaining their factory finish. Helmet’s interior is matching the exterior. Untouched, complete and in as-found condition. Leather remains in very good shape, drawstring complete and early chinstrap present, maker marked and dated « R. EHRHARDT POESSNECK 1940 ». A nice out of the woodwork helmet. Choice and desirable.
