Description
Superb M1935 Waffen-SS single decal combat helmet. The helmet is an early classic « Q62 » with a lot number of « 4500 ». The exterior features a nice early factory steel blue feldgrau paint finish. The SS decal by Quist is over 95% and shows a nice untouched toned look. Some nice overall combat wear to the helmet yet retaining a nice matte finish. Split pins intact, complete and tightly attached to the helmet. The helmet's liner has a nice out of the woodwork look. Never cleaned or handled. Dust, dirt and a good accumulation of debris along the liner band. Leather is in nice and solid shape. Drawstring is present. The helmet retains its original chinstrap.
