Description

An M1938 German paratrooper « Fallschirmjäger » combat helmet. The helmet is an « ET68 » with a lot number of « 4950 ». The helmet's exterior is in very nice condition. Some minor scuffs and scrapes present. The factory paint rates in well over 94%. Evidence of a former Luftwaffe decal is present. All spanner bolts are complete and still tightly fixed to the helmet. Some natural material is present along the bolts. Interior is complete and untouched. Leather liner is in overall good shape with some minor separation. Chinstraps are complete and everything matching nicely to the helmet. Overall a very good helmet.
