Description
A superb M1940 Luftwaffe single decal combat helmet. The helmet is an « Q62 » with the lot number « DN161 ». The helmets exterior is in untouched condition and in its original state. Featuring factory applied blue-grey paint that covers over 98% of the surface. The Luftwaffe decal rates in at 98%. The interior of the helmet is untouched and in its original state, it comes with a 1940 dated reinforced aluminum band. Leather liner is a nice tan color and is in excellent and supple condition. The leather liner retains its original drawstring and chinstrap. The soldier's name is written twice on the leather. A really nice Luftwaffe combat helmet in perfect condition.
