Description
A superb M1940 Luftwaffe single decal tropical spray camouflage combat helmet. The helmet is an « SE 64 » with a lot number of « 7360 ». The helmet's exterior features a period classic light mustard tan spray application of camouflage paint. Split pins are intact and tightly secured. They also retain their partial camouflage finish. Luftwaffe decal is clearly seen under the spray camouflage. Combat wear is present and the helmet shows actual wear. The interior is complete and remains in untouched condition. Full leather liner is present and in very nice condition. Some natural accumulation is present around the helmet and aluminum liner band. Full length and complete chinstrap is present as well as the helmets drawstring. A very nice and rather difficult to find tan yellow Luftwaffe camouflage combat helmet.
