An excellent condition mid-war period Heer M42 overseas cap for enlisted man. Feldgrau wool construction showing no use. BeVo eagle and cockade are hand applied. Lining is gray cotton material as commonly seen on tunics of the time. The cap is nicely maker marked, size marked « 58 ». A harder to find variation.
