Description

A very nice and rare set of early German paratrooper « Fallschirmjäger » combat boots. Factory made examples from blackened leather. The boots are in overall very good worn condition, supple leather. The set is marked along the top on the exterior and on the interior with the size « 28 1/2 » and the date « 4 /41 ». Come complete with period laces. Original factory applied stacked leather heels with ski grooves present. The soles are worn, all original nails are present and secure. Paratrooper jump boots of this early vintage are extremely difficult to find.
