Rare German 6 pocket MP38/40 pouch, « bla/1944 »
Description
This is a superb and rare 6 pocket MP38/40 pouch, late war construction in green canvas with webbing straps and webbing belt loops, the two webbing securing straps are fitted with the « LUX » marked metal tips, the back is nicely stamped « MP38u40 » and the inside stamped with the maker's code and the date « bla/1944 ». It comes with its rare green web carrying strap. This type of pouch was used by the armored crew members and also well used by the paratroopers (Fallschirmjäger). It is in mint / unissued condition.
