An excellent example of a German army divisional commander's staff officer car / fender pennant. Either an officer or general this would have been on the opposite side and together making it a symmetrical pair. Classic wartime construction. Multi colored linen and incased properly in a period complete celluloid casing. One small split along the bottom. Still attached to the metal vehicle pole. One of the harder and more desirable pennants commonly overlooked and missing from most collections. In excellent condition with minor wear and complete protective covering.
