German entrenching tool carrying case, rare late-war construction in tan pressed cardboard « Presstoff » and using recycled brown leather belt loops and strap from other equipment such as some MP44 magazine pouches, rare maker  « kkd 1944 ». The soldier’s name is written on the back. In overall very good condition.
