Description
An excellent and very rare German short combat engineer's field saw with its tan ersatz material scabbard. Saw is unmarked. It comes with an excellent tan pressed cardboard scabbard. Nicely trimmed in natural brown leather. The reverse is maker marked and dated « dob 194 », the Waffenamt is present as well. The set retains tight stitching and is in overall excellent condition. A desirable combination and one of the nicest we have seen.
