Description

A very rare late-war variant of an MP38/40 magazine pouch. Late-war manufactured example by « hjg » in 1944. Pouch is constructed from uniquer brown tan canvas material. The pouch is the left loader side and complete with light brown leather closure straps. The pouch still shows white makers marks for sewing placement. The stitching is complete and all present. Metal studs are intact and fully functional. Loader side pouch features the same light brown leather closure strap. The reverse belt loops are both properly marked with the weapons designation, maker, date and waffenamt. The pouch is in overall very nice condition with storage wear. Recently found from a US veteran bring back estate group. One of the rarest MP38u40 pouch variant !
