Very rare Luftwaffe assault gunners combat service trousers, « Sturmgeschütze ». Late-war manufactured example in a green feldgrau wool. The wool exterior is in excellent condition with no rips or tears. All buttons are present and factory sewn. Interior is properly lined in the purple hue rayon material as commonly seen. Markings are present and fully readable for size in black ink on the wearers left interior side. Properly « LBA44 » stamped and RF.Nr along the rayon. Original belt is present. A modern day medium-large and would fit any mannequin with ease. Leg ties are complete. This model of trousers is also visible on period pictures wear by paratroopers, members of the « Hermann Göring Division » and by the Fielddivision. A very rare and almost unique set of combat trousers. Choice.
