Description

A rare and desirable set of late-war Luftwaffe issued M44 combat field trousers. Blue wool construction from a late-war coarser variety. Trousers are full length and remain unaltered. The exterior shows light combat wear with some light staining, nap wear yet to rips or tears are present. Leg drawstring ties are present. Retains various buttons with some replaced along the front fly. Back pocket blue glass buttons are complete. Interior is faintly « RBNr. » marked along with the sized in a modern day large. Backing of the small pocket shows the end marks in white wool scraps used in its manufacturing - a nice small detail. The trousers would fit any mannequin with ease. Extremely rare blue web service belt is also present and original to the trousers. All complete with leather adjust loops also. An excellent and highly desirable set of late-war combat trousers.
