Description
Rare Luftwaffe paratrooper first issue grenade bags. Constructed of an olive green colored light in weight, thin, and fragile linen material. The earliest factory produced pair that has a unique feature with its heavy weave tan cotton connecting straps. This material is seen on other earlier field equipment such as the first type bandoleers. This is the first time we come across this type. Overall condition is excellent. Original and fully functional zippers made by « PRYM ». They retain their original black pull tabs. A very rare set of issued grenade bags.
