Description
A superb and rare Waffen-SS issued M35 greatcoat. Referred to as an SS-Mantel. The greatcoat is manufactured from a hight quality wool. Overall condition is excellent with light wear present. The lining is nicely stamped with the sizes and « VA 1938 » indicating « Verfügungs Abteilung » and the production date. The soldier's name is written on the lining « A. KAIM ». We can see the stitches left by the collar tabs, the arm eagle and the cufftitle. A desirable greatcoat to complete an early Waffen-SS mannequin. Choice even for the most discerning collector.
