Unissued German Heer M36 infantry combat field service tunic, « E.38 »
Description
A superb German Heer M1936 combat service tunic. Period example made from a classic and heavier weight feldgrau wool. Retains all its factory applied buttons to include green pebble and natural horn along the interior. Collar tabs are period machine straight stitched and « BeVo » army breast eagle is properly hand applied. Shoulder straps are complete and pipped in white for Infantry. Interior is in excellent shape with some slight moisture along the back right shoulder area. Nicely ink stamped with maker, size and depot issue location « E.38 ». Sized in a present day large and would fit any modern mannequin. Tunic is void of any rips, tears or moth holes. One of the hardest and most desirable tunics that would have seen combat for the majority of the war. Choice example!
