Description
A pair of Luftwaffe tropical service issue high boots. In near mint/unissued condition. The set of boots is made from a natural dark brown almost chocolate colored leather, completed with an early tan canvas material. The set is marked in several areas on each set with the year of production « 42 » and size « 29 ». All straps, closures and blued metal hardware along the top are complete. Slight evidence of only prolonged storage and natural age are present yet still in the near mint condition. They come with original laces. Steel heels are properly marked « 20 L/R ». The three piece soles are complete with no condition issues and stamped « 29 II ». Overall a choice pair of very desirable Luftwaffe tropical high boots.
