Unissued M44 combat police issue service tunic
Description
An issued M44 combat policer service tunic. Late-war model made from typical blue-green feldgrau colored wool. Complete with all factory applied buttons. The tunic retains both « BeVo » sleeve eagle and collar tabs machine sewn. Retains an EKII/Easterfront combination ribbon that is nicely hand stitched. One set of loops is present on the left chest pocket. The interior of the tunic is nicely lined in a blue hue rayon. Two pressed paper buttons for the pockets interior. It is also clearly ink stamped with the « RBNr. 0/0729/5156 » and police issue markings « Po 1944 ». A rare and harder to find M44 combat tunic in mint/unissued condition.
