Description

A period Waffen-SS M44 « DOT » pattern camouflage combat uniform set. In choice mint unissued condition overall. Excellent vibrant, contrasting and rich printed colors on classic « HBT » material. Tunic retains all its original factory applied buttons. The tunic also retains its period paper factory label still present in the pocket. A classic and known maker « 393 ». Interior is stamped with the markings and matching the paper label. Sized in a present day medium to large and would fit any mannequin with ease. No condition issues present and one small factory error along the seam. Trousers are in mint unissued condition overall. Incomplete with the front fly buttons and side adjustment loops absent. Possibly a very late-war factory issue to push the clothing quicker to the front lines and adjust by each individual personally. Nicely lined along the bottom with a blue-grey tape material. Interior is also lined in a heavy olive green material similar to tropical uniforms. Inks tamped with the size. Large and would fit any modern day mannequin with ease. Overall in a choice example even for the most discerning collector. A difficult and very desirable Waffen-SS camouflage uniform to find !
