Description
A choice US M1941 1st Infantry Division patched field jacket. Constructed from a khaki-green windproof and water-resistant cotton poplin with a flannel lining. Standard and typical buttoned tabs at the waist and sleeves. Front closure by a period standard zipper that is hidden behind a buttoned flap, manufactured by « TALON ». Two wide pleats along the back and a button tab under the collar. All buttons factory sewn and present. Medium size. Early and rare variant 1st infantry division patch machine applied on the left shoulder. Very nice example.
