US Navy corpsman emergency medical tags booklet. It shows some moderate storage wear. Tags are individually attached with a cooper tie. They show slight oxidation. The first tag is missing but complete otherwise. Dated 1944 on the back. This booklet would of been carried by any Navy medical personnel that would of landed on invasion fronts such as those on D-Day to treat and organize the wounded. Contains all the important information including - rank or rate, treatment date, and medial details. Very hard and desirable example to find, almost always missing from D-Day equipment and collections.
