US Navy issue Shaw Jacket
Description
US Navy issue fatigue jacket commonly referred to as a Shaw Jacket. Constructed of a lightweight denim material. Retains its original buttons that are marked « NAVY » with the anchor underneath. Jacket shows use and some fading mostly around the collar and sleeves. Both cuffs have some wear and loose threads. Excellent period used example that would look great for a display. These jackets are hard to find and extremely popular with vintage cloth collectors and enthusiasts.
