Description

A period issued USAAF B-15 Intermediate Flying jacket. Manufactured from a perion polished « OD » green cotton satin outer shell. Complete and full alpaca wool lining and a plush mouton fur collar in mint condition with no loss. Waist and cuff bands are factory applied and in excellent condition. « OD » green colored wool shows only some storage wear. No major tears or rips present. Fully functional and operational zipper is complete and manufactured by « CONMAR ». Interior is excellent and retains a complete fully readable tag along the back neck area. Choice and fully present « U.S. AIR FORCE » shoulder stamp is complete. All snaps are present, complete and fully functional. Named in a small area on the interior shoulder to « LT. CAAR ».  Sized in a modern day « 38-39 ». A choice jacket that is in excellent condition and very desirable in today's collectors market.
