Superb USM1 front seam fixed bale helmet of the 5th Infantry Division « RED DIAMOND ». The lot number is « 167B ». The helmet's exterior retains over 90% of the green factory paint. The front of the helmet features a period painted red diamond, the division emblem is still present at over 90%. The web chin straps have been period replaced. The helmet comes with a liner manufactured by « Mine Safety Appliances » in overall very good and complete condition. The liner's exterior retains over 95% of the green factory paint. It comes with its early leather chinstrap with a green painted buckle. A really nice and very desirable unit marked « ETO » combat helmet to a famous Infantry Division. Top Shelf example !
