Description

A really nice USM1 fixed bale front seam combat helmet belonged to Staff Sergeant Joseph Morgan, Chief Mechanic in the Air Force. The helmet shell retains over 80% of its factory finish. Normal to medium, scuffs, scrapes and abrasions are present on the helmet. The front features a yellow paint Staff Sergeants rank.The helmet retains its original factory green web straps with early brass hardware. The original matching liner is also present, made by « Firestone ». Both the helmet and liner is named to the same soldier « Joseph Morgan 16144696 ». Of interesting note is the stamped serial number of the solider along the helmet's steel band « M4696 ». Liner is complete with all webbing and chinstrap. A really nice and complete identified sergeants USM1 combat helmet.
