Description
A mid-war USM1 front seam swivel bales combat helmet. The exterior of the helmet exhibits 97% of its factory applied textured finish. Some areas of dust and storage wear are present. It retains both its original later style web straps that are complete with their blackened hardware. Marked on the interior « ?88B ». Liner is in great condition retaining 97% of its original factory OD green paint. Interior liner suspension system is all in place. It features and adjustable headband that is maker marked. Leather chinstrap is present with the buckle marked « UNITED CARR ». Overall a really nice US combat helmet.
